5-7 grams of 100% Colombian coarse grind coffee.

1. Heat the water to boiling point.
2. Add the coffee and wait 6 to 7 minutes until it settles.

1. Heat 120 ml. of water in an Italian coffee pot and add 5 to 7 grams of Colombian coffee.
2. Heat the milk and with an electric whisk or emulsifier, bring it to the desired froth point.
3. Pour the coffee in the cup and add the milk.
4. You can form figures with the foam if you wish.

1. Allow the coffee base to cool first to room temperature and then refrigerate.
2. In the blender, start by adding the liquid ingredients first and then the solid ingredients: the already prepared coffee, followed by the powdered milk and, finally, the ice.
